Four Easy Ways to Check Dancers In & Out

Check In Screen

Your staff and volunteers can check a dancer in/out of backstage by quickly searching their name or nickname. They can check them in and lookup any important alerts or information with the press of a button.

Self Check In Kiosk

Setup a tablet or device for dancers or parents to search their own name to check themselves in/out of backstage. This can free your staff up to handle other pre-show and pro-show tasks, while ensuring your backstage attendance is tracked.

Barcode Check In

You can easily distribute custom backstage pass cards to dancers and parents via print, email, or text message. Your staff can scan backstage passes with a barcode scanner or device camera to sign dancers in and out.
