ShowSculptor is the all-in-one performance planning and management solution, helping dance studios streamline recital planning, production management, costume coordination, dancer check in/out, and backstage operations.

We’re looking for a Studio Success Manager to help dance studio owners succeed with ShowSculptor! If you have a passion for dance studios, customer service, support, and sales—and love helping dance studio owners get the most out of their tools—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content

• Create 2-3 engaging social media posts weekly in Canva, aligned with our brand kit.
• Schedule posts in Buffer to maintain consistent audience engagement.

Customer Support & Documentation

• Update help documentation in TeamSupport whenever new features are released.
• Respond to customer support tickets, assist studio owners with software needs, and track feature requests.
• Escalate technical issues and follow up on resolution progress.

Sales & Lead Nurturing

• Answer sales inquiries in HighLevel, helping potential customers understand ShowSculptor’s benefits.
• Guide leads through setting up a demo account and provide follow-up support.

Administrative Support

• Assist with additional administrative projects as needed.

Who You Are

• A strong background in dance studios and performing arts.
• Experience as a recital coordinator, stage manager or production manager is a plus!
• Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Canva, Buffer, TeamSupport, and HighLevel (or willing to learn).
• Passionate about helping dance studio owners succeed.
