As the creator of ShowSculptor, Joe Naftal has transformed how studios and performing arts organizations around the world manage their dance productions. A second-generation dance studio owner, Joe has been immersed in dance recitals since he was born.
Beyond ShowSculptor, Joe is a lighting designer for theatre, dance, opera, and themed entertainment. He also serves as an adjunct professor of theatre design and production, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of industry professionals.
Joe is the author of Standby in the Wings: A Behind-the-Scenes Guide to Producing the Perfect Dance Recital, a resource for studio owners and production teams looking to enhance their recital experience.
Passionate about empowering studios to streamline operations and elevate their performances, he is a sought-after speaker at dance industry conferences, trade shows, and podcasts, where he shares insights on production strategy, technology, and business growth in the performing arts.
Brenna DiNapoli

As Studio Success Manager at ShowSculptor, Brenna DiNapoli helps dance studios and performing arts organizations streamline their production processes and get the most out of ShowSculptor’s powerful tools. A seasoned stage manager, Brenna has spent her career behind the scenes ensuring performances run smoothly.
Based in Charlotte, NC, Brenna began her journey in the performing arts as a dancer before discovering her passion for stage management. She earned her BFA from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and has worked extensively in theatre, dance, and opera, serving as the Production Stage Manager for Piedmont Opera and the Stage Manager for Children’s Theatre of Charlotte. She has also managed large-scale productions, including the Novant Thanksgiving Eve Parade, coordinating complex logistics for one of the largest parades in the Southeast.
With years of experience managing productions of all sizes, Brenna understands the challenges studios face when organizing recitals and performances. She is passionate about helping studio owners simplify their backstage operations and create seamless, stress-free productions.
